Makes a new tab from a library diagram (which stays linked, so a save is a new version of it), one of your own diagrams, or pasted source.

What it does
Makes a new tab from a library diagram (which stays linked, so a save is a new version of it), one of your own diagrams, or pasted source. The diagram must carry its source (422 boards.no_source). Only the diagram source is kept, on the board.
