RFC 7009, form-encoded, with the same client authentication as the token endpoint.

`POST /oauth/revoke`

## TL;DR

| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What does it do? | Revoke a token. |
| What does it take? | Nothing. |
| What does it return? | Status 200 with no body. |
| What can go wrong? | `400` invalid_request; `401` invalid_client; `429` too many requests; `503` sign in with Plotwork is not available on this server (oauth.unavailable). Every failure uses the one error envelope. |

## What it does

RFC 7009, form-encoded, with the same client authentication as the token endpoint. A refresh token ends the whole grant. An unknown token is answered 200 all the same.
