Sign in with Plotwork's metadata (RFC 8414): the issuer, the endpoints, the scopes, PKCE S256 only, and how a client authenticates.

## What it does

Sign in with Plotwork's metadata (RFC 8414): the issuer, the endpoints, the scopes, PKCE S256 only, and how a client authenticates. Any origin may read it.
